The Olympics...yes, the time where you hide behind the tv screen with a big bowl of empty calories while you watch, envy, and admire the sculpted bodies of the olympic athletes! This time around, however, I decided that I wanted to do something about it. Rather than sit there and continue to stuff myself with the temporary happiness of chocolates, I decided I wanted to plan my next healthy routine. So, I took to the internet to try to figure out the latest in terms of diet and exercise, I came across Dr.Oz-recommended pills and the like. I don't know, I'm not a fan of pills and stuff. A couple of fad diets here and there, no not my thing. Let's keep looking until we find something we like.
