Do's & Don'ts

A great way to start any diet is to prepare ahead. As usual, it is always wise to clean out your cupboards and drawers of any junk such as chocolate, pop, candy, etc. There are some very useful tips for detoxing which you could also print out and keep posted somewhere in site. These will help you benefit the most out of this diet and ensure that you are staying on track. Don't be discouraged if you fall off the wagon a time or two (or a few!), most people do. The key here is to not beat yourself up over it and get right back up on that wagon!
