Don't get your hopes up!

If you are like me and have been hiding behind the tv hoping that it would help you achieve your olympic body, then let me let you in on a little secret - it's not gona help! Wana shed a few pounds, great...but my primary goal is to feel an overall sense of well being. I really do need as much energy as I can get, and I'm trying my best to use natural methods. A caffein overdose is my last ditch if everything else fails, but I hear eating healthier and obviously excercising will help in this case. I've yet to find a diet which suits my needs, but I'm still on the hunt. Any suggestions??!!
