Do's & Don'ts

A great way to start any diet is to prepare ahead. As usual, it is always wise to clean out your cupboards and drawers of any junk such as chocolate, pop, candy, etc. There are some very useful tips for detoxing which you could also print out and keep posted somewhere in site. These will help you benefit the most out of this diet and ensure that you are staying on track. Don't be discouraged if you fall off the wagon a time or two (or a few!), most people do. The key here is to not beat yourself up over it and get right back up on that wagon!

So this site about detox dieting is pretty cool, it really does give you all that you need to know in order to start your detox diet. It stresses the importance of staying away from red meats and offers plenty of solutions and varieties of food for you to choose from while on this diet - don't worry, you won't get bored eating the same thing day in and day out!

If you are looking for a way, not a quick way, to rid your body of unwanted, built-up toxins, I really suggest you give this diet a try. It is only a 3-week program aimed at eating healthy and mainating your ph levels, giving consistant energy throughout the day.

Intrested in Detoxing

The more I read about this cool, but restrictive, diet the more I become eager to try it. It really does sound like exactly what I've been looking for - detoxing from the inside out. Read more about this detoxing thing here. I can't wait to experiment with th given recipes and try out this 3-week program, but it seems like it needs a bit of planning and preparations. I think that's what I will do this week.

Detox Diet, Anyone?

I really want to feel healthy from the inside out, so I've heard of this detox diet and want to check it out. Ever tried one yourself? I've come across a site which describes this 3-week detox program and even provides recipes and other tips. I'm taking my time scrolling through it to find out exactly what the requirements are, and if this is the true answer to my prayers!

Don't get your hopes up!

If you are like me and have been hiding behind the tv hoping that it would help you achieve your olympic body, then let me let you in on a little secret - it's not gona help! Wana shed a few pounds, great...but my primary goal is to feel an overall sense of well being. I really do need as much energy as I can get, and I'm trying my best to use natural methods. A caffein overdose is my last ditch if everything else fails, but I hear eating healthier and obviously excercising will help in this case. I've yet to find a diet which suits my needs, but I'm still on the hunt. Any suggestions??!!
